Set your session types, prices and hours once. Fans pick a time on your page in their own time zone, pay, and get a private joining link. You meet on your own video app, and you’re paid 48 hours after.
The 3 steps
Sell › Bookings. Session types of 15 to 120 minutes, $5 to $1,000, the hours you’re open and how much notice you need. Add your own Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, phone or in-person details.
They pick a time in their own time zone and pay upfront. They get a private joining link and a calendar file.

Cancellations and problems
The fan cancels 24 hours or more before
They get a full refund, including the FanHubb service fee.
The fan cancels later, or doesn’t join
No refund. You’re paid as usual.
You cancel
The fan gets a full refund automatically.
You move the time
The fan is told. They can keep the new time or cancel any time before it starts for a full refund.
Something went wrong
The fan can report it within 48 hours after the session. You aren’t paid while FanHubb looks into it, using the record of when the joining link was opened.
