These Creator Payout Terms govern how FanHubb processes and distributes earnings to creators on the platform. By signing up as a creator, you agree to these terms.
To receive payouts, creators must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. This requires:
- A valid government-issued ID
- A US bank account or supported international account
- Accurate personal or business information as required by Stripe
- Completion of Stripe's identity verification process
FanHubb cannot process payouts to creators who have not completed Stripe Connect onboarding. Earnings will be held until onboarding is complete.
- Free plan creators: 8% platform fee
- Plus and Pro plan creators: 5% platform fee
- Stripe processing fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction — charged by Stripe, not retained by FanHubb
A $10 tip to a Free plan creator results in approximately $8.90 after platform fee and Stripe fees.
Earnings are processed and transferred to your Stripe Connect account on a rolling basis as tips are received. Standard bank transfer times from Stripe to your bank account are typically 2-7 business days depending on your bank and country.
US Creators
If you earn $600 or more on FanHubb in a calendar year, we are required by the IRS to collect a completed W-9 form and issue a 1099-NEC tax form. You are solely responsible for reporting your FanHubb income and paying all applicable taxes.
Non-US Creators
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the tax laws in your country. FanHubb may request a W-8BEN or equivalent form for non-US creators.
Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in a hold on your payouts until documentation is provided.
FanHubb or Stripe may place a hold on your earnings in the following circumstances:
- Stripe Connect onboarding is incomplete or requires additional verification
- We suspect fraudulent activity on your account
- You have received chargebacks or payment disputes
- You have not provided required tax documentation
- Your account has been flagged for policy violations under review
- Legal holds required by law enforcement or court order
For approved collab drops, tips are split between the two creators according to the agreed percentage. Both creators must have completed Stripe Connect onboarding to receive collab earnings. Splits are processed automatically by Stripe and cannot be modified after the collab is activated.
If your account is terminated for policy violations, any pending earnings may be held for up to 90 days to cover potential chargebacks, refunds, or disputes. After the hold period, remaining legitimate earnings will be paid out to your Stripe account.
For payout disputes, contact support@joinfanhubb.com with your account email and the relevant transaction details. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
