FanHubb is built on authentic connection between creators and fans. These guidelines exist to protect that connection and ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone on the platform.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance. Will be reported to law enforcement and NCMEC.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — sharing private images without consent
- Credible threats of violence — threats against individuals or groups
- Terrorism or extremism — content promoting, glorifying, or funding terrorist organizations
- Human trafficking — content facilitating exploitation of people
- Doxxing — publishing private personal information without consent
FanHubb has zero tolerance for:
- Targeted harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any user
- Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Coordinated campaigns to harass creators or fans
- Impersonating other users, creators, or public figures
You may only post content you own or have explicit permission to use. The following is prohibited:
- Posting copyrighted music, videos, images, or text without authorization
- Selling or distributing content you do not own
- Using another creator's content as your own
- Streaming or distributing licensed sports, film, or television content
Copyright violations result in content removal. Repeat violations result in permanent termination. See our DMCA Policy.
- Creating fake accounts to inflate votes, tips, or follower counts
- Coordinated vote manipulation or vote buying
- Sending unsolicited mass messages or spam
- Using bots or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Self-referrals or creating fake accounts for referral earnings
- Misleading content designed to deceive fans about what they are paying for
- Creators must deliver what they promise to fans who tip or unlock content
- Fraudulent tip solicitation results in immediate termination and potential legal action
- Money laundering or using FanHubb to process illegal transactions is strictly prohibited
- Chargebacks initiated fraudulently will result in account suspension
- Do not share other users' personal information without consent
- Do not record or screenshot private messages without consent
- Do not stalk, monitor, or track other users off-platform
Violations may result in:
- Content removal — violating content removed without notice
- Warning — for minor first-time violations
- Temporary suspension — account access restricted
- Permanent termination — for severe or repeat violations
- Legal referral — serious violations may be referred to law enforcement
FanHubb reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
If you believe your account was actioned in error, submit an appeal within 30 days by emailing support@joinfanhubb.com with subject "Account Appeal." Appeals reviewed within 5-7 business days. All appeal decisions are final.
Use the report button on any content or profile, or email support@joinfanhubb.com. We take all reports seriously and review within 48 hours.
