FanHubb is a creator support platform where fans send tips, purchase exclusive content unlocks, and subscribe to plans. Due to the digital and immediate nature of these transactions, our refund policy is strictly defined below.
Tips and digital content unlocks are non-refundable. Please review what you are supporting before completing a transaction.
All tips sent to creators are final and non-refundable. When you send a tip, the transaction is processed immediately and funds are routed to the creator. Tips are a form of direct support and are not purchases of goods or services that can be returned.
We will not issue refunds for tips under any of the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after sending
- You did not receive a response from the creator
- You are dissatisfied with the creator's content
- You accidentally sent the wrong amount
Tips used to unlock exclusive drops are non-refundable. Once exclusive content is unlocked and made accessible to you, the transaction is complete. Digital content cannot be returned.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. You retain access until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
- Annual plans: Non-refundable after the first 7 days. Within 7 days contact support@joinfanhubb.com for a full refund.
- Founding member pricing: Cancellation permanently forfeits the founding member rate.
We will consider refunds only in these limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: charged twice for the same transaction
- Unauthorized transactions: account compromised, reported within 7 days
- Technical errors: platform error resulted in an incorrect charge
- Creator terminated: creator account terminated by FanHubb within 24 hours of your tip
Contact support@joinfanhubb.com within 7 days of the transaction with your account email and transaction ID.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank for a valid FanHubb transaction may result in permanent account suspension. We cooperate fully with financial institutions to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
If you have a legitimate dispute, contact support@joinfanhubb.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.
Referral earnings are non-transferable and have no cash value until they reach the $20 minimum cashout threshold. Earnings forfeited due to account termination will not be paid out.
