Getting paid
When your money arrives, how to get it sooner, and what can hold it up.
Fans pay by card through Stripe. Your earnings build up in your balance, and FanHubb sends them to your bank on the 15th of every month. Need it sooner? Use Cash Out Now, any day.
The 3 steps
Tips, paid messages, memberships, drops, bookings and custom requests all land in one balance. You see it on Home under Payouts.
On the 15th, everything available ($20 or more) is sent to your bank. Less than $20 rolls over to the next month.

What can hold money up
Some larger payments (“Coming later”)
To protect you and your fans from fraud, some larger payments are paid out a little later, usually up to 28 days. It depends on your account’s history and usually stops as your account grows. Sometimes a payment needs to wait longer, for example while a refund or dispute is sorted out. You’ll see each one under Coming later in Payouts, with the date it’s added. Your fan already has what they paid for.
Yearly memberships
Confirmed and held first (usually about 18 days), then paid in full with your next payout.
Bookings
Released 48 hours after the session, if nothing was reported, then added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts.
Custom requests
Released 72 hours after you deliver, or as soon as the fan taps “Looks good”, then added to your available balance on the date shown in Payouts.
A disputed payment
If a fan’s bank takes a payment back, it comes out of your balance with a $29 chargeback fee. FanHubb fights it for you; if FanHubb wins, both come back.
A balance owed
If you owe FanHubb (for example after a dispute), it’s taken from your earnings first, then payouts restart.
