Welcome to FanHubb ("FanHubb", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by FanHubb Inc. and accessible at JoinFanHubb.com. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any FanHubb service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use FanHubb. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including creators, fans, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use FanHubb. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access most features of FanHubb, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@joinfanhubb.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are inactive for an extended period.
- One account per person — operating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits or bans is prohibited
- Usernames are non-transferable and may be reclaimed if an account is suspended
- You may not impersonate any person or entity or use a username that is misleading or offensive
Creators on FanHubb are independent individuals or entities, not employees or contractors of FanHubb. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, the accuracy of your profile, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Platform Fees: FanHubb charges an 8% transaction fee on all earnings for Free plan creators, and a 5% fee for Plus and Pro plan creators. These fees are deducted automatically from each transaction.
Stripe Connect: Creator payouts are processed exclusively through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC) process before receiving payouts. FanHubb is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification process.
Collabs: Revenue splits agreed upon in collab arrangements are processed automatically by Stripe. Once a collab is confirmed and tips are received, split percentages cannot be modified retroactively.
You retain ownership of all content you post on FanHubb. By posting content, you grant FanHubb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
Tips sent to creators on FanHubb are voluntary and non-refundable unless a creator's account is suspended or deactivated before a transaction is settled.
Fan Pro Membership: Fan Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member Rate: If you subscribed during the founding member offer period, your discounted rate is locked for life provided your subscription remains continuously active. Cancelling your subscription forfeits the founding rate permanently. Resubscribing will be at the current standard rate.
Tip-to-unlock & exclusive content: Tips used to unlock exclusive content or message a creator are non-refundable once the content has been accessed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on FanHubb and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Posting or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Impersonating any person or falsely representing your affiliation with any entity
- Using FanHubb to solicit or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees, payment systems, or account restrictions
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or creators
- Posting content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
- Any form of fraud including false tip disputes or unauthorized chargebacks
All payments on FanHubb are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. FanHubb does not store credit card information.
Tips and content unlock payments are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, contact us at legal@joinfanhubb.com within 7 days.
Subscription payments (Plus, Pro, Fan Pro) are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
FanHubb reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases of documented platform error or fraudulent activity.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your public profile and content will be removed within 30 days. Earnings already processed by Stripe will still be paid out on schedule.
FanHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use FanHubb ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution.
FanHubb is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FanHubb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of FanHubb shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to FanHubb in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting a notice on FanHubb at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of FanHubb after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FanHubb, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of FanHubb; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your content or conduct on the platform; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
FanHubb reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
FanHubb provides tools and infrastructure for creators to earn income from their audience. However, FanHubb makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that any creator will earn any specific amount of income, or any income at all, through use of the platform.
Earnings depend entirely on factors outside FanHubb's control, including the size and engagement of a creator's audience, the quality and frequency of content, fan behavior, and market conditions. Any income projections, case studies, or examples shared by FanHubb are illustrative only and not a guarantee of results.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through FanHubb. FanHubb provides earnings data and Stripe handles 1099 reporting where required, but tax compliance is the creator's responsibility.
Informal Resolution First. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@joinfanhubb.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to respond within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
Binding Arbitration. You and FanHubb agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FanHubb — except for small claims court matters and requests for injunctive relief — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where you reside, or remotely if both parties agree.
Class Action Waiver. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
You may opt out of the arbitration clause by emailing legal@joinfanhubb.com within 30 days of first creating your FanHubb account. Your opt-out must include your name, username, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of FanHubb are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you and FanHubb consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
