Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules governing how FanHubb's platform, services, and infrastructure may be used. This policy applies to all users including creators, fans, and visitors. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

FanHubb is designed for:

• Creators sharing original content with their fan communities
• Fans supporting creators through tips and engagement
• Legitimate creator-to-fan communication via broadcasts and messages
• Collaborative content creation between verified creators

The following technical activities are strictly prohibited:

• Automated access: using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access or collect data from FanHubb without written permission
• Overloading infrastructure: actions that impose an unreasonable load on our servers, including DDoS attacks or excessive API calls
• Security probing: attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Unauthorized access: attempting to gain access to accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineering: decompiling or attempting to extract source code from FanHubb
• Malware: transmitting viruses, worms, or any malicious code through the platform
• IP spoofing: forging TCP/IP packet headers or using proxy services to circumvent restrictions

• One person may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Account sharing with others is not permitted
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must keep your login credentials confidential

Using FanHubb to promote competing platforms, solicit users to leave FanHubb, or conduct commercial activities outside of the platform's intended creator-fan relationship is prohibited without written consent from FanHubb.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination without notice
• IP address blocking
• Legal action for damages
• Reporting to law enforcement where applicable
• Civil or criminal liability
