Yes. Both Creators and Fans can join and use FanHubb for free. Creators on the Free plan keep 92% of every tip — FanHubb takes an 8% platform fee. No monthly cost to start.

Paid plans for Creators (Plus and Pro) reduce that fee to 5% and unlock additional features like more active drops, collabs, and analytics. Fan Pro ($4.99/mo) unlocks search, 2× vote weight, early drop access, and more.

Yes. Stripe is how FanHubb sends you your money. You need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding before you can receive tips, drop unlocks, or collab splits. It takes about 2 minutes and requires standard identity verification.

Stripe is the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Shopify, Lyft, and millions of other businesses. Your bank details go directly to Stripe — FanHubb never sees or stores them.

Yes, entirely. You set your minimum tip-to-message price (e.g. $5, $10, $25 — whatever you decide your time is worth). Fans can tip more than the minimum if they choose. You also set the price for each exclusive drop you create. Collabs can be set at any price you and your co-creator agree on.

Creator tiers are based on total weekly votes received from your fans. There are four tiers:

• ⚡ New Blood — 0 to 149 votes
• 🔥 Making Noise — 150 to 499 votes
• 👑 Royal — 500 to 999 votes
• 💎 Iconic — 1,000+ votes

Votes reset every week. Your tier is recalculated automatically. The more fans you have voting for you — especially Fan Pro members whose votes count 2× — the higher your rank and visibility on the platform.

Creator Alerts are broadcast messages you send to all your followers at once. Use them to announce new drops, tease upcoming collabs, share exclusive news, or drive fans to act quickly on a 24-hour window. Fans who follow you receive the alert as a notification — it's direct, personal, and drives real engagement.

A Co-sign is a Fan Pro feature that lets a fan publicly endorse your profile. It shows up on your creator page as a visible stamp of support from that fan. It's part of the community credibility system — creators with more co-signs signal that real, invested fans back them.

FanHubb's fee depends on your Creator plan:

• Free plan — 8% platform fee (you keep 92%)
• Creator Plus — 5% platform fee (you keep 95%)
• Creator Pro — 5% platform fee (you keep 95%)

Stripe also charges a standard payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). This is separate from FanHubb's fee and is standard across all payment platforms. These fees are deducted before your payout is calculated.

Payouts are processed automatically on a rolling basis through Stripe. Stripe's standard payout schedule is 2 business days after each transaction clears, though the exact timing depends on your bank and Stripe account type. You can view your payout schedule in your Stripe dashboard.

Collab splits are handled automatically — no waiting on your co-creator to send you your cut. The split is processed the moment the fan's payment clears.

There is no minimum payout threshold for regular earnings — tips and drop unlocks flow to your Stripe account automatically as they come in. Referral cashouts have a minimum of $20 before you can request them.

When you refer someone to FanHubb using your unique referral link and they sign up for a paid plan, you earn a monthly bonus for 3 months:

• Creator referrals — $2/month for 3 months per referred Creator who subscribes
• Fan referrals — $1/month for 3 months per referred Fan who subscribes to Fan Pro

Referral earnings accumulate in your account and can be cashed out once you hit the $20 minimum. You can find your referral link in your dashboard.

Fans write their message first, then pay the creator's set minimum tip to send it. Once the payment clears, the message is delivered directly to the creator's FanHubb inbox. The creator receives a notification and can reply from their dashboard.

Fans can tip above the minimum if they want to — many fans tip more to signal how much the message matters to them.

No. You are not required to reply to any message. Fans understand they are paying to send a message and have it read — not to guarantee a response. That said, replying builds loyalty and encourages repeat tippers, so most successful creators do engage with their inbox regularly.

Tips are payments to unlock message delivery — not to guarantee a reply. Refunds are not automatically issued when a creator doesn't respond. However, if a creator is consistently inactive and unable to be reached, you can contact support@joinfanhubb.com and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Messages that violate our Community Guidelines are strictly prohibited. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, solicitation of illegal activity, unsolicited explicit content, spam, and impersonation. Violations may result in account suspension without refund. An Exclusive Drop is time-limited content that fans must tip to unlock. Once a creator posts a drop, a countdown timer begins — typically 24 hours. Fans can see the drop exists, but the content is locked behind a tip. Once they pay, they get permanent access to that content even after the drop expires.

Drops can be anything: behind-the-scenes footage, unreleased audio, exclusive writing, early announcements, or any digital content you choose to lock.

When the timer runs out, the drop is no longer available for new fans to unlock. Fans who already paid and unlocked the drop retain access to the content permanently — it does not disappear for them. The urgency of the countdown is what drives fans to act. Once it's gone, it's gone.

The number of active drops you can run at once depends on your plan:

• Free — 1 active drop at a time
• Creator Plus — 3 active drops at a time
• Creator Pro — Unlimited active drops

There is no limit on the total number of drops you can create over time — only on how many can be running simultaneously.

A Scheduled Drop lets you set a future release date and time for your content. Fans can see that a drop is coming and get notified when it goes live. This lets you build anticipation before the 24-hour countdown even starts — a powerful combination for driving early unlocks the moment it drops.

Collabs are exclusive drops co-owned by exactly two creators. One creator invites another, both agree on a split percentage (e.g. 50/50, 60/40), and the content is published under both names. When fans tip to unlock it, FanHubb automatically splits the payout to both creators' Stripe accounts — no manual transfers, no waiting, no disputes.

Yes, you can run multiple active collabs — each one is always between exactly 2 creators. The number of simultaneous active collabs depends on your plan:

• Free — No collabs
• Creator Plus — 2 active collabs
• Creator Pro — 4 active collabs

Once both creators accept the collab terms including the split percentage, that split is locked and automated by FanHubb. No changes can be made to an active collab's split after it goes live. This protects both creators — nobody can move the goalposts after fans start paying. Agree clearly before you activate.

Yes. Both creators must have active FanHubb Creator accounts with Stripe connected to participate in a collab. If your collaborator isn't on FanHubb yet, you can send them your referral link — and earn your referral bonus when they join.

• Creator Plus ($4.99/mo) — 5% fee, 3 active drops, 2 active collabs, enhanced analytics

If you're just starting out, Free is a great way to get going with zero risk. Upgrade when your earnings justify it — the fee reduction on Plus and Pro pays for itself quickly as your income grows.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then.

Note: Founding Member pricing is locked for life and cannot be reinstated if you cancel and later resubscribe at standard rates.

Yes. Annual billing is available for both Creator Plus and Creator Pro. Paying annually saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed once per year and are non-refundable after the billing date. You can switch between monthly and annual from your dashboard.

If you cancel your paid Creator plan, you'll revert to the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle. Your profile, fans, tips history, and content remain intact. You'll be limited to 1 active drop, no collabs, and the 8% fee will apply to future earnings. You can resubscribe at any time.

Visit a creator's profile at JoinFanHubb.com/@theirhandle. You'll see their tip-to-message price. Write your message, enter your payment details, and send. Once your payment clears, your message is delivered directly to the creator's inbox. Simple as that.

You can tip without an account. However, creating a free Fan account lets you track your tip history, see your supporter tier, vote for creators, follow creators you love, and unlock drops. An account is free and takes under a minute to create.

Fan Pro is $4.99/month (or $3.99 for Founding Members). It unlocks:

• 2× vote weight — your weekly vote counts double
• Early drop access — see exclusive drops 24 hours before they're available to everyone
• Creator search — find any creator on the platform
• Co-signs — publicly endorse creators you believe in
• Direct messaging — message creators directly (at a reduced rate)

If you actively support multiple creators or care about your ranking and influence on the platform, Fan Pro is worth it. Your vote literally counts twice.

Your supporter tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) on a creator's profile is visible to that creator and can be shown publicly on your profile. However, the specific dollar amounts of individual tips and the content of your messages are private between you and the creator. Other fans cannot read your messages.

Every fan gets one vote per week to cast for any creator on FanHubb. Free fans cast 1 vote. Fan Pro members cast a vote worth 2. Votes are tallied weekly and reset every Monday. The creators with the most votes rise through the community tiers — New Blood, Making Noise, Royal, Iconic.

Voting is free. You don't have to tip to vote. It's your way of saying who deserves to be seen.

Fan Supporter Tiers track how much you've tipped a specific creator over time. They're per-creator — you can be Diamond with one creator and Bronze with another.

• 🥉 Bronze — any tip amount
• 🥈 Silver — $25+ total tipped to that creator
• 🥇 Gold — $100+ total tipped
• 💎 Diamond — $500+ total tipped

Your tier is visible to the creator and shows on your fan profile. Diamond supporters are the real ones — and creators know it.

Your past votes stand — they contributed to a creator's rank when you cast them and that history doesn't disappear. However, if you cancel Fan Pro, your future votes will count as 1× (standard) rather than 2× until you resubscribe. Supporter tiers based on tips also remain unchanged.

After signing up, we send a verification email to the address you registered with. Click the link in that email to verify your account. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.

Email verification is required before you can log in and use your account.

Go to joinfanhubb.com/forgot-password, enter your email address, complete the verification, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Handle changes are available from your profile settings. Note that changing your handle will change your public profile URL (joinfanhubb.com/@newhandle), so any links you've shared to your old handle will no longer work. We recommend updating your bio links across all your social channels after a handle change.

To delete your account, contact us at support@joinfanhubb.com with your request. We'll process account deletions within 30 days. Note that deleting your account is permanent — your profile, tips history, drops, and fan relationships cannot be recovered. Any pending earnings will be paid out before deletion is finalized.

Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — FanHubb never stores your card details. All connections to FanHubb are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

FanHubb accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency, PayPal, or direct bank transfers for fan payments.

Tips and drop unlocks are generally non-refundable once processed, as the content or message delivery has occurred. Exceptions include duplicate charges, technical errors that prevented delivery, or situations involving creator fraud or policy violations. See our Refund Policy for full details. Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. FanHubb never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Your payment data goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.

Charges will appear on your bank statement as FANHUBB or JOINFANHUBB.COM. Subscription charges for Fan Pro or Creator plans will show the plan name. If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@joinfanhubb.com.

Use the report button on any profile, drop, or message, or email support@joinfanhubb.com with details of the violation. Include as much context as possible — screenshots help. We take reports seriously and aim to review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Your notice must include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.
