DMCA Policy

FanHubb respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Your written notice must include all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The full URL of the infringing material on FanHubb
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone, and email
5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

If your content was removed and you believe removal was in error, file a counter-notice including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone, and email
5. Consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will restore content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Users who receive three or more valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts permanently terminated in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). We track all infringement notices per account.

FanHubb qualifies for DMCA safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512 as an online service provider that acts expeditiously to remove infringing content upon notice and maintains a repeat infringer termination policy.

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 2 business days and remove infringing content within 5 business days of receiving a complete, valid notice.
