This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Creator") and FanHubb ("Company"). By registering as a creator on FanHubb, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Creator Payout Terms.
To be and remain a creator on FanHubb you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful account information
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments
- Maintain your account in good standing
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Provide tax documentation when required
You retain full ownership of all original content you post on FanHubb. By posting content, you grant FanHubb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in our marketing materials to the extent necessary to operate the service.
This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for content that has been shared by fans or cached by third-party services.
As a creator, you are solely responsible for your content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to post all content you upload
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content complies with our Community Guidelines
- You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any people or locations appearing in your content
- Your content does not violate any applicable law
You are solely responsible for your relationship with your fans including delivering on any commitments made to fans who tip or unlock your content. FanHubb is not responsible for disputes between creators and fans.
Repeated legitimate fan complaints about undelivered promises may result in account review and possible termination.
Creator earnings are subject to platform fees as outlined in the Creator Payout Terms. FanHubb reserves the right to adjust platform fees with 30 days notice.
Founding member rates are locked for life as long as the subscription remains continuously active without cancellation.
- Free: 1 active drop, no collabs, no broadcasts. 8% platform fee.
- Plus ($4.99/mo): 3 active drops, 2 active collabs, broadcasts enabled. 5% platform fee.
- Pro ($9.99/mo): Unlimited drops, 4 active collabs, broadcasts, full analytics. 5% platform fee.
You may close your creator account at any time by contacting support@joinfanhubb.com. Upon account closure:
- Your profile and content will be removed within 30 days
- Pending earnings will be paid out after a 30-day hold period
- Active collabs will be cancelled
- Subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current period
- Founding member pricing is permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated
FanHubb may terminate your creator account at any time for:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Failure to provide required tax documentation
- Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
- Any reason at our sole discretion with 30 days notice (except violations which may result in immediate termination)
You agree to indemnify and hold FanHubb harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of this Agreement.
